Dr. Parsons is a co-founder of Horizon Family Health Center and a graduate of medical school in Ireland. Dr. Gill is a co-founder of Horizon Family Health Center. He provides full-scope family medicine with a focus on personalized, evidence-based care. Known for his empathetic approach and attention to detail, Dr. Gill is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients. He supports individuals and families through every stage of life with compassion, clinical excellence, and a dedication to long-term wellness.

Over the last 54 years, Dr. Parsons has helped the many communities he has lived in, from covering emergencies, delivering babies to working in an acute hospital environment. While at Langley Memorial Hospital, he held the position of Chief of Staff along with President of Medical Staff. He now uses his many years of experience to continue his Family Practice in the community he has called home for more than 40 years.

Dr. Khattar is a dedicated family physician who brings her expertise and compassionate approach to patient care to the Horizon Family Health Center team. She is committed to providing personalized treatment and support to every patient she serves, whether in the office, at the hospital, or through her work at the Langley Maternity Clinic. Dr. Khattar is passionate about delivering comprehensive, continuity-based care across all stages of life.

Dr. Gill is a compassionate family physician and proud graduate of Queen’s University. She provides full-spectrum care, including preventive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, pediatrics, and geriatric care.
